UnitedHealth just booted a million seniors off Medicare Advantage—not because care improved, but because profits didn’t. They’re calling it “restoring swagger.” Imagine telling 85-year-olds losing doctors that it’s a branding exercise. This is what happens when healthcare is a stock ticker.
