Trumps' DHS says that America would be better off if every non-citizen got deported, even if they have legal status - plus, tens of millions of citizens from the "third world" should go.

As a practical matter, I don't think individuals or private businesses can/will withhold their federal payroll taxes, but blue state and city governments could stop sending their employee tax withholdings to the IRS. Keep withdrawing them but put them in escrow until President Grandpa blinks.

I don't understand why it hasn't broken through that CBP and ICE have a pattern, going on more than a decade and very much continuing into the present, of deliberately stepping in front of cars in order to justify shooting the drivers trying to get away from them. Ask these guys about that!
