The elevator is original to the building (completed in 1901), although the interior of it has changed. You catch it at the 9th floor and the top is technically the 22nd floor.

Honestly the fact that Bissinger ghostwrote the Fetterman memoir makes it somewhat interesting to me. Probably our best writer with an expensive and debilitating leather clothing addiction.
