I don't have much faith that @rosen.senate.gov and @cortezmasto.senate.gov can parse information like this. I believe they see dollar signs instead of reality here, and it's going to cost us.
something very important for Dems to realize is that the tech overlords are not people you can win back by promising a lighter touch and saying a few nice things

they’ve gotten a taste of mask-off fascism and they are not going back, they don’t want to play nice with the peons anymore
There’s a funny Politico story showing that the latest polling on AI shows 80-20 in favor of heavy regulations, an absolute slam dunk platform, but Dems are worried about not winning back mask-off tech CEO donors

Not looking this up, but as a Dodger fan, I feel like he owned the Dodgers. That has to count for something down there.

CBS spiked this story because it didn’t present the side of the people who run and send others to concentration camps.
The full spiked 60 Minutes CECOT package, clean & subtitled. 1/5

Some Dems have told themselves only ~1% of the population is trans so they can dip their toe in the anti-trans filth and come out clean.

I don't have any trans family members—but it still makes me irate. I see it as a huge red flag, a sign you are unprincipled and untrustworthy. And I'm not alone.
We are parents of a trans kid and our family takes this very, very personally. If you intentionally make life harder for our beloved daughter, it’s EXTREMELY hard to think of you as an ally, to say the least. @amyklobuchar.com - you still send us requests for money, while hurting our kid. Disgusted.
Here are the 28 Dem Senators who voted to advance the first federal ban on trans athletes & a federal definition of sex that would make trans & intersex people non-existent: Angela Alsobrooks (MD), Tammy Baldwin (WI), Richard Blumenthal (CT), Lisa Blunt Rochester (DE), Chris Coons (DE), ->

@rosen.senate.gov Utterly inexcusable. Start planning for retirement now. This was an awful decision.

I'd love to see you in support of the impeachment of Hegseth. Words matter and letting him "explain himself" feels like we'll just be back here in a few weeks anyway. Kick his ass out.

I don't have much hope for a self-driving world, but the firsthand stuff I've heard is that these are really great. So far, though, they're restricted in their driving area, which certainly improves their ability to be great. Ethical self-driving would really change things.

The reason I don't care about Mamdani visiting with Trump is that it sure looks like Trump agreed with his ideas far more than Mamdani agreed with Trump's. Those previous meetings where I was mad at democrats for meeting Trump it was the other way around. That kinda matters.

They lied about it. All of it. A thug cop shot an unarmed woman five times without justification, boasted about it to his colleagues, and then this administration tried cover it all up by arresting her and charging her with felonies.
Absolutely incredible; after shooting Marimar Martinez 5 times and arresting her on claims that she rammed them and pulled a gun, prosecutors have now moved to dismiss ALL criminal charges against her and her codefendant.
New: the govt has moved to dismiss its assault case against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, two people accused of "box[ing] in" a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago on Oct. 4.

One agent shot Martinez, with evidence presented to the court that he later bragged about in text messages.
