Just to clarify: Russian oil refineries are offline bc Ukrainians have been successfully targeting them, even deep inside Russia.

In a way, the Ukrainians are turning Russia’s size/vastness from an asset into a liability/weakness.

This is a Walmart ~ 5 miles from my home. This store is usually packed, especially this time of the day, & on off-days/weekends.

It’s eerily empty, ghostly!
