NEW: Two weeks after Democracy Docket launched in 2020, I outlined four pillars needed to protect mail-in voting. Five years later, Republicans are asking the Supreme Court to strike down one of those pillars in an effort to limit ballot access — and I’ll be there to defend it, Marc Elias writes.
I Protected Mail-in Voting in 2020. Now I Will Be Defending It at the Supreme Court.
If Republicans thought they could score an easy win by suing a friendly state, they thought wrong. They didn't count on my law firm representing groups that would intervene to defend the law -- but that's exactly what happened.

I think people need to look at the dirty killer cop who was his cell mate, who "tried to kill him", who is now looking for a pardon.

Also, Pirro was the DA when that dirty killer cop was out doing dirty cop things.

All these shitty people know each other.

Do some research on his cell mate. He's the kind of guy who'd do a job. Now he's asking for a pardon. He was a dirty cop and guess who the DA was at the time... Jeanine Pirro. Can't make this shit up.

Thanks to Mike Johnson, House Republicans voted to allow senators to fleece taxpayers for millions of dollars as their reward for conspiring with Trump to try and overturn an election, and now House Republicans will be held accountable for that when it happens.

At the same time, much of the media, the fourth estate, the people whose role in democracy is holding power accountable by informing the public, decided that an old president’s oldness was a bigger scandal than another old president’s connections to and likely participation in child sex trafficking.
