This can also be said about the liberal party of canada
You are either for everyone having human rights or you are against universal rights and are a threat to democracy and personal safety.

This is what the democrats have done by backing genocide they have given their followers permission to claim some human rights are negotiable.

Love being lied to everyday that a system where billionaires are allowed to exist & manipulate governments so they can steal everyone's money & make "infrastructure investment" rockets that're actually used to blow everyone & everything people need to survive up, is good for me & the planet i love🙂👍
Space-based AI data centers are Big Tech’s latest fad and Silicon Valley’s newest investable venture.

Yet, scientists who study space remain skeptical of the idea.

I knew it! lmao.
Wouldn't be surprised/mad if art teachers used these pics for students who are practicing analyzing art. It's accessible for students b/c it's modern & more relevant to them, the symbolism/references are abundant/clear, & there's multiple pieces of a specific experience to compare.

Didn't grow up with the concept of zankha, so it's been hard to confirm my experience but I think I get it?? Does zankha describe when like a cup smells of stale wet towel? The common description online of old eggs doesn't quite match for me, but is that stale wet towel smell zankha?

Even if Big Tech were Canadian, it would still lead to enshittification and digital decay because capitalism is still the fundamental problem in tech and beyond.

It’s true! Imo it happens frequently in mostly women alt granola spaces cos sure poor public education but so many girls have negative confidence crushing experiences learning science/math. They become reasonably resentful & are drawn to pseudoscience spaces where they find loads of encouragement 🧵
Chemophobia is such a problem and it keeps getting worse. Most of the time it’s also this obviously unjustified and incorrect. We really need to teach the basic sciences in this country.

V excited about Welcome to Derry tn. I’ll admit I’ve never been a King fan, but I don’t understand people’s issues with Hallorann & including King’s other stories into this universe. It feels a lot fuller than the 90s miniseries & making the town of Derry a character gives it a lot more weight

We deserve more than a world where team leaders on Drag Race challenges get harsher punishments than our political leaders.
Nobody accidentally becomes a government official, if you want to take on more power you should expect more severe punishments for abusing that power.

Carceral psychiatry is an extension of the carceral state. Cops & law (or lack thereof) included. That's what everyone needs to know about carceral psychiatry. The mad are designated subjects of state violence. Which our whole society enforces by how we're treated.
The social construction of disease especially mental disease and the social construction of medicine in the west are never more present than when you look within the walls of psychiatric care facilities

Power, domination, medicalization and criminalization are all part of the same symptomatology
Remember how Alexander Morris was held in a psych ward & they thought he was delusional when he said he was a member of the Four Tops & tortured him? It's not singular. Folks need to know, that is the system of carceral psychiatry. You can't argue your way out or prove you're sane. Lots get clapped.
