This is a great explainer. However, it does contain an error. A taxable income of £50,270 for 3 years immediately prior to applying for settlement have minus 5 years not 3 on their qualification period. Still, doesn't make it any better as it's still ensuring that the well-off get reductions.

After months of debating about if I should join the Green Party as I don't know if I can get ILR (thanks Labour!), I have finally joined. A friendly reminder that Commonwealth citizens have full voting rights in the UK so can join political parties and make our voices heard.
