I'm sure it's a tough choice to not go to EVO but it's a meaningful one if you are tried of the increasingly corporate, esports focused events we see now. This is an investment for them and it has to pay off, and it can't if no one's buying.

This is completely horrific and I have nothing but support to the original dev, and ire for Steam cowtowing to racists.
At the same time "no one asking for muslims in a cozy game" does confirm exactly the problem a lot of us have with the "cozy" trend. It was never for us.

Valve has now rejected my complaint, confirming that "I don't like muslims" is a valid reason to leave a negative review on a game on Steam

bsky team doesn't realize that all of the nazis are on twitter. 95% of the bsky user base are queer/ left leaning refugees looking for a place to post art and talk to friends after twitter became grifter hell. there's no point in trying to play to both sides here when they have everything to lose
