it's really weird that there's no 2D Castlevania fighting game. I NEED to play as Rondo of Blood's Death where he has an install that turns him from a floaty zoner to a nimble rushdown type guy

btw when i say the devs were smoking that good and this game deserves to share the spotlight with the all time kusoge greats i mean it. this doesnt even mention that the final boss is a cutscene and you blow into the mic to run from battles

btw I think the only spots I don't have filled out for combotober are the combo that uses a taunt and one that "starts from across the screen", different from "doesn't touch the opponent" (that one's actually easy if you know me)

one type of thing I liked doing on Cohost was writing overviews of upcoming events like Vortex Gallery. Having somewhere to do that could be nice too

realized over discord call that I "want to make a website" because it's the thing to do, but I'm not really sure *what* I want to make a website for. I'm content using social media and I kinda have a wordpress already, but maybe writing stuff off of WP would be nicer.

chat do Blair Dame and Allen Snider count as "guest characters" in Fighting Layer? since they only appear in Street Fighter EX (and much later Fighting EX Layer), it's kind hard to pin down where they're from.

The infinite is significantly funnier on this boss who does unfortunately have infinite protection in the form of adds during the fight, though. (volume warning on this one)

no joke seeing people complain about the length of indie metroidvanias is convincing me that I'd really like the original Metroid or Super Metroid for being relatively short games
