Watching Home Alone 2 for the first time since I was a kid, I was prepared for the Trump cameo, I was not prepared to realize the black and white gangster film Kevin watches, “Angels With Even Filthier Souls”, is not an actual movie

my flight tracking app turned all of the planes into turkeys and I enjoy it

turkey's great, everyone overcooks it. 5 minutes at 150 degrees is safe, no meat is good at 165

dessert should be AT LEAST 2 hours after dinner, if you disagree you did dinner wrong

Miracle on 34th Street is a Thanksgiving Movie
Tell me your Thanksgiving Dinner Hot Takes.

I’ll start:
— Sweet Potato Pie is VASTLY superior to Pumpkin Pie

— The best turkey in the world is not as good as an average roast chicken.

— Stuffing should not actually be stuffed inside the bird for several reasons but mostly: Ew

in Pluribus, was noticing Diabaté’s Air Force One harem seemed notably diverse, like they were pulled from the world’s hottest community college brochure, when i realized:

he asked for the Miss Universe contestants

Pluribus, at its core, is a show about how it feels to repeatedly wake up in a world where you’re brutally hungover

might go to Japan next year, put on a 2013 Bourdain episode on Tokyo and he's talking to the guy who popularized tentacle porn

Zosia is trying to emulate Helen’s dynamic with Carol, right??
Our Pluribus watch continues with episodes two and three, Pirate Lady and Grenade. @ivanhernandez.bsky.social and @redscott.com talk plane preferences, decimations, grocery restocks, Pikmining, circling backhoes, and lesbian pancakes. #pluribus boarsgoreandswords.com/2025/11/18/p...

I close all of my tabs every day, sometimes multiple times

I have never gone back for an old tab once, as soon as I open a new tab I old one ever existed

I’ve opened the same tab multiple times because searching for a website is faster than trying to locate an open tab
I don't have "too many tabs open." My tabs are flourishing. Healthy. Bountiful. The ecosystem is thriving.

Ep 3 is out today, most I've been hooked on a new show since 2016
This is now a Pluribus podcast! @ivanhernandez.bsky.social and @redscott.com have watched the first episode of noted science fiction writer Vince Gilligan's Apple TV Rhea Seehorn vehicle, and we're here to join the discussion. #pluribus boarsgoreandswords.com/2025/11/12/p...

Poker Face is one of my favorite shows, I'd love Lyonne to keep doing this character forever, but I'd love to see Dinklage in the lead

i don’t understand how this is complicated, every time there’s a new actor hired to play Bond, that’s a reboot of the series, this one’s just more explicit than usual
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."
