My controversial take is that if you didn't get credited on a game you have proof you've worked on, just list it on your CV.
I do with one. Never had any issues.
Not being credited still sucks but you don't need to be polite when they're not.

I wish these account labeller things had space for context to be included like I see someone labeled as trans misogyny but scrolling through their timeline see nothing justifying the next and generally supportive things and have to wonder if they just hurt someone's white feelings TBH.
