I'm really bummed to have missed out on the FanFest ticket lottery. We had five attempts lined up (as we knew some friends that couldn't attend), but none of them panned out. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get lucky with general admission.

I went as a WoL for Gateway Fate today and will be going as Themis tomorrow. I'm pleased that my glowing Azem crystal glove held out for the day despite the loose connection.

My wig for Gateway Fate is "good enough" for now, so that's the last of my con prep. The light connection in my glove has unfortunately suddenly started misbehaving a bit, so I'm hoping it'll make it through the weekend before I rebuild it with a minor redesign to (hopefully) fix the issue for good.

M5S down! I definitely feel like I'm improving at learning these fights. (I also was lucky enough to get two of the four drops, which will really help when I start attempting M6S and its difficult DPS check.)
