At breakfast today I managed to get through the final pages of Ship of Magic by Robin Hobb. I just can't ever really get enough of Hobb's world, and for my first "nautical" story since Red Seas Under Red Skies five years and a whole gender ago, I deeply enjoyed it and need more. 🏴‍☠️

Figuring out the organisation has been a right pain. I ended up writing 4ish mini essays just trying to figure out how my discussion chapter was going to work.
I've hit my minimum daily words, but I'm going to try and keep going.
I think I'm finding myself fighting readability with academic style...
