One of my professors was the designers of the Scarlet Spider.
When the video games offered that costume option, my professor was never informed, despite being owed royalties. He had to chase Marvel down.
He died the same year Scarlet Spider was in Spider-Verse. They had to crowdfund his funeral.

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:
"This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".

Fursonas are cool and a great creative outlet and mine has changed over the years here and there.
Though I always stuck with some manner of fox because I just think they're neat.
Just making characters, not necessarily personas, is a fun thought exercise. Even if you don't share them.
