This kind of shit isn’t just bad, it’s a huge waste of actual human potential. We could be doing so so so much more with what we have but “DX”, trackers, and just plain carelessness have driven us to build a web increasingly accessible only to the more capitalized class.

My understanding of degrowth is that it’s a call to return to use value over exchange value…the less we invest in creating an AI bubble the more we can focus on food production.

It’s a maintenance of exponential growth that will result in the deaths of millions
degrowth has the same problem as prison abolitionism where the policy is either vague or entails committing the worst mass murder in human history
