To be fair, there are things where AI may even be pretty good at, such as metadata enhancement. However, what I don’t understand is how the industry can support again this kind of value concentration instead of insisting on fairly trained models. You can’t stop AI but define the terms of engagement.

Okay, I bought the original edition and regret my overconfidence a little. Pynchon's English requires dedicated reading. You have to immerse yourself in the text; there is no outside. Giving the text full attention is the only option.

Think about one account using Bluesky for post, Leaflet for micro blogging, @liccium.com for content certification, etc. – only one PDS hosts the signing key and the blobs for all apps. It's not possible to have one account but multiple PDS. So the user has to choose and trust one hoster.
