Today I learned that an interview with my great uncle is in the collection of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

He "describes his experience as a member of the Dutch Resistance in the Hague; details of his arrest; his time in a slave labor camp; and actions that led to his release."

Gathering some info from PDS Admins if y'all could be so kind. I'm curious how many active accounts you have, size of the repos (I did du -hsc /pds/actors), and how big your blob store is (S3 ui shows usually or can do du -hsc /pds/blocks). Thank you! It's helping me plan something

the microcosm.blue services are, I think, underrated in their significance by people outside of atdev. There are whole classes of applications you can build without even directly consuming the firehose yourself because of them.

Correct! This week we built a fallback mechanism to query slingshot, constellation, and the PDS directly.

For now it is limited "read only". Soon enough you'll be able to interact with Link on blacksky.community
