You see how homogenized these cartoons look and you understand why so many kids who cartoon fans are either exploring the old stuff or tuning into Spindlehorse and Glitch creations.
Genuine question. Does anyone ACTUALLY like this style? Kids certainly don't.
I've been interacting with my mom's friend's kids, and they don't know these cartoons. They play Roblox and watch YouTube shorts.
They know Adventure Time and Scooby-Doo, but nothing from this decade.

No one got it, but it was in fact Yo Noid for the NES. I did have to edit the hair a lil for this screen shot edit. A lot of the upcoming ones are gonna be NES while I adjust to my schedule.

I like looking at all the paint splatters / color tests on the edges of these Ernest Chiriacka paintings. So many collectors frame the images so that they don't show, but to me, they're the process... they're just as much a showcase of the art.
