As an American millennial man, I am deeply fucking offended at the very idea that a “Nazi phase” is common. No it isn’t!! I only knew one kid in high school who said some weird stuff about Nazis and the cops took him away when he brought a gun to school. This is not normal and it is not acceptable!

The average American millennial man has been a neocon, a pacifist, a liberal, a libertarian, a communist, a nazi, and I believe now most of us are back around to liberal again. This isn't a defense of platner it's just weird how normal this shit is for guys that age.

Netflix would mean that movies like Sinners, Weapons, F1, and Superman would not have gone to theaters. Comcast also owns Universal so it’s more of the same problem of a handful of people owning fucking everything.

My apparent hot take is that I don’t consider Ben Solo’s death a flaw, and don’t think it needed to be “fixed”. That said, I am open to him coming back, and there was some incredible talent behind this. Adam Driver seems to have felt very passionately about it. Truly a baffling Disney decision.

My actual fav is Sinners, but I just know that’ll be a common response.

So I’m gonna say the Fear Street trilogy. These came out in 2021 but I didn’t see them until just this week. I had been missing out, because they’re all incredible! If you like slashers, I cannot recommend them enough!

Being “narratively and thematically incoherent” is just one of the criticisms I used to constantly hear about the prequels until I didn’t.
