Roadkill is out in the world. I can't in good conscience recommend it to all readers. A sad and angry book. 90% of the animal characters are dead at the outset & the humans don't fare much better. But if you're in the mood for an unconventional eco-horror experience, links in comments!

Makes me sad. I had just started working for the local cable company when MTV went live. We watched it off the satellite feed in the headend. The Buggles singing Video Killed the Radio Star opened the door to seeing & hearing some great music videos. RIP MTV.

There was no mistaking it. The #undertone of the #tip implied illegal #influence. Rob didn’t want to take the bribe but he needed the money. When he arrived home after work he found 2 federal agents waiting for him. They were in the kitchen with his wife, politely having tea.
