The latent basically non-existent Catholicism came roaring back thanks to committed heretic Benoit Blanc.

Hell of a ride it is. A dead man awoke.

I hope they never stop telling Knives Out stories.

The @robertsilverman.bsky.social heel turn is going to be the Grift that Saves Christmas.
Those RW media bubbles--as jam packed with conspiracies and insane juche shit as they might be--still have to reckon with *some* shared realities. Which is why there's so much inflighting among far right influencers now as a few begin to peel off

My family takes a knee as I try multiple times to stand up.
I’m gonna need the Fox NFL injury music playing when I push away from the table later on.

Looked up Best Thanksgiving movies. Mistress America popped up. Surprised I was unaware (blame a 5-yr-old in ‘15) but I dug it. Plot is forced at times but Gerwig is a force of nature. Not Francis Ha but plausibly in that metaverse.

Jason Leigh to Gerwig. Baumbach is the luckiest man on Earth.

Watching Holiday Inn for a thing and there is no way to describe the cinematic war crime that is the long Abraham Lincoln blackface scene. I might hate Bing Crosby now.

Kevin Smith posted a lovely tribute to the man who owned the video store, and eventually the Quick Stop.
