Page 4 from Host Mortem, also revealed in the @IGN article. This is also one of the few pages in the first quarter of the book that’s set in the present day. I asked @pippabowland.bsky.social to give these scenes a more saturated, vibrant palette to separate it from the 1947 scenes.

The 1st time I met Paul many years ago I remember telling him how much I had LOVED Saucer Country& Saucer State! Imagine my reaction when I was asked to colour the finale! Over the moon!
A guy walks home late at night and gets in bed. Someone is sat outside in a car with a device. The guy wakes up to see aliens! There is a flashback to him being abducted. The man outside is using his device to do something.
