The Dems should be pinning down the GOP on the issue. They don't have to get Republicans to concede that Trump is doing it. But they need to ask the question as a hypothetical: "if Trump is selling pardons, is that impeachable?" If the Democrats keep pushing it, the media will start repeating it.

Trump's blatant selling of pardons is the clearest path to impeaching Trump. It's a clear abuse of power for self-enrichment. It's indefensible. And, the WSJ and NYT have done the legwork. Democrats should be screaming about it everyday. Trump is literally selling the presidency for personal gain.

Ich kann ja die Formulierung „Sprachverhunzung“ schon lange nicht ausstehen (die so gedankenlos und plump immer und fast immer nur verwendet wird, wenn es ums Gendern geht). Was ich nicht wusste: „Verhunzung der deutschen Sprache“ war ein „Feuerspruch“ während der Bücherverbrennungen der Nazis.
