And hey, I’ll give you some starting points even if we’re not mutuals.

In my view, the most important concepts you must know with Godot are:

- Understanding Scenes & Nodes
- Node Communication
- Signals
- Groups
- Autoloads/Globals

These, to me, are the universal fundamentals.
With the advent of Godot 4.6, I would like to once again extend the offer to teach any mutuals interested in getting started with the engine for their projects.

It is not hard — you can surely do it!!!

Dynamic map system up and running! The map auto-creates itself based on the area layout, meaning it will work for randomly generated levels.

Each room knows its own coordinates in the layout, and transmits these (as well as entrance/exit statuses) to a corresponding cell on our map. #godot #gamedev
