Visa won't log your complaints unless you ask for a complaint number. You also should state that the canned response does nothing for your confidence in there company or statement. Found that to help me today.

He said that they've gotten hundreds of calls about KOSA (nice) but they didn't hear about the SCREEN act since it's "not bi-partisan." 🤔
