The AI narrative was carefully crafted. While Sam Altman talked about the wonderful things generative AI would enable, he knew critics would emerge.

So the industry got there first, claiming AGI or superintelligence were the threat — not the present-day problems.

For the past few years, the AI industry and executives like OpenAI CEO Sam Altman have very cleverly shepherded the conversation about generative AI to work in their own interests. In their telling, generative AI is a transformative technology that is improving many different aspects of our society, but particularly access to healthcare and education.

Yet they knew there would be critics, so they sought to head off the problems those critics would identify from the jump. Instead of taking real criticism seriously, the industry recognized it needed to set its own narrative for the potential drawbacks of AI. That’s precisely why, as Altman was hyping up the many amazing outcomes that his AI revolution would bring, he presented a warning: AI could also pose an existential threat to humanity.

And... Artemis is holding out on me. Still. Too many other things to say but I know she's got the last phrase. I didn't enjoy Lim and Oros in general, so I'm not surprised this is the last hidden aspect to unlock, but also I'm annoyed at having to wait so long.

Aspect of Nergal... gotta say this one hasn't grabbed me. I loved Aspect of Charon, but Nergal just feels like it's even slower and heavier than the default, and Berserk doesn't come up often enough to offset it. I'll stick with exploding my cast, or just lots of extra hit points.

Aspect of Supay's... fine, I guess? I prefer Melinoë's aspect to Ygnium, if only for ease of use, but I guess it's fun to have to use the Special for a change. I unlocked it, did what I needed, and set it back to base form for high-Fear shenanigans.

Aspect of Shiva is like Eris, Lucifer, and Beowulf got shoved in a blender. The shot-absorb power makes punches feel worth it; usually I just spam Ω-Special with Xinth. On that note, Cardio Gain hides a multitude of sins. Skyfall isn't cooler enough than Eclipse to make Selene a better frame.

Aspect of Anubis is just... everything melts. One time where Apollo outshines -- ha! -- Hestia because AoE growth affects the area of the disc. That plus Extra Dose and the screen fills with light. Not that scorch is ever bad, just this is one time where I found something better.

Aspect of Hel is surprisingly powerful; it *does* have an Ω-Attack; hold, don't mash. Ignore the sidebar that says it doesn't have one. There's a Hammer that makes makes it fire three times instead of once; that's how I cleared my 20 Fear Testament with it.
