I love the little factoid that you could (ARGUABLY) trace both the warner bros-discovery merger and the elon twitter purchase back to the same activist investor who probably hasn't thought about either company since then
these are all terrible options, and if we lived in a functioning democracy with working regulators we'd think nothing of putting a blanket end to pointless media consolidation
