We’re in a strange limbo where secret police are routinely beating, disappearing, and shooting everyday people in public, but they’ve not yet consolidated enough power to stop us from talking about it on social media. That imbalance prob can’t last. Either we roll them back or this gets rolled up .

Not everyone starts with a lot of options, especially if they don't want to be homeless and hungry, might not be relevant to all the performers, but easier to understand than why so many in US couldn't be bothered to vote to avoid all of this 🤠

Louisiana — the red state that Mike Johnson nominally represents — has the second highest percentage of residents enrolled in SNAP in the nation.

They’re pushing this fantasy about these being “Democrat programs” used only in blue states but that’s a PR fantasy divorced from reality.

A quorum in the House is 218. The dems have 213. If they get 6 reps to join them they can convene the House, depose Johnson and seat Grijalva. Then they can pass a budget, save Medicare and the ACA, pay SNAP, and release the epstein files.
