Monster Times 1, no. 26 (September 1973), 15.

At the recent ST-Equicon speculation ran the full spectrum from delighted anticipation to utter dread. A few Trekkies are so utterly horrified by the prospect of the animated series that they are already readying petitions to protest its very existence.

A ★★★★ review of 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026)
I don’t think this one is going to sit with me as long as it’s predecessor, but extra helpings of Fiennes in fine form still make this unmissable.

It takes a whole lot of moon howling bat shittery to make Piers Morgan look like the sane person in any conversation.
Megyn Kelly just shouting “FOOTBALL IS OURS” at Piers Morgan about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl show is the perfect example of this moment in time. Put it in a time capsule and send it out into space.

Today is probably a fine day to mention that I've been working on a self-hostable Discordslacklike called Chatto. It's steadily moving towards feature parity with the big kids, with everything crammed into a single compact 50 MB executable that can run off the cheapest VM you can find.

One people around the world should know about the UK is that a large chunk of the population are delighted to have a boot on their neck.

Closeness to the owner of that boot is seen as a massive privilege.

Even just asking why we have a boot on our necks is seen by some as bad form.
