There are no moral victories, but tonight's overperformance in TN-07 confirms my belief that we should cast the widest possible net to challenge Republicans in 2026.

A similar swing tonight would put Senate seats in Iowa, Alaska, Texas, and a lot of House districts in play. Leave no doubt.
December 3, 2025 at 2:31 AM
I suspect a lot of House Republicans are going to retire after watching these results in Tennessee.

Behn may fall short here, but the message has been sent.
December 3, 2025 at 2:07 AM
Behn is vastly overperforming in TN-07 so far. Final projection from NYT looks like R+2.9, but that's mostly a guess with not much same-day vote in yet. We’ll see soon.

Reminder: this is a Trump +22 district, so single digits is wild.

How many times is Donald Trump going to doze off during a cabinet meeting before the media starts questioning his mental and physical health?
December 2, 2025 at 9:55 PM
Trump trying to bury the Jack Smith report is the same playbook we just saw with the Epstein files — anything that might expose his crimes gets sealed, stalled, or shoved out of sight. He hides evidence, pardons his friends, shields himself and his allies, and dares Congress to stand up to him.
December 2, 2025 at 9:03 PM
Aftyn Behn has really run an impressive campaign to make a Trump +22 district so competitive. Laser-focused on accountability vs. a deluge of bullshit from MAGA world. Even if she falls short, Republicans ought to be panicked about the Dem overperformance when they've invested so much in this race.

Hegseth's name tag having a typo in it in the middle of this shitshow is some real Veep stuff.

Glad to see Sabrina Carpenter call out the White House for illegally using her music in a pro-ICE video: “This video is evil and disgusting. Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”

One more thing about the Black Friday sales data—total money spent went up, but people bought fewer items. So the growth was driven by inflation, and nearly all of it was financed.

Not great.
December 2, 2025 at 4:42 PM
95% of Black Friday sales being financed—largely by people who don’t intend to pay it off in the next 30 days—feels like a massive recession indicator.

Good fucking morning to everyone except Pete Hegseth, who very likely committed a war crime with those boat strikes in the Caribbean. He can blame everybody else, but the buck stops with him—and he better pray Trump gives him a pardon on the way out.
December 2, 2025 at 2:53 PM
Trump pardoned a billionaire fraudster shortly after he reported to prison—this guy stole from regular hardworking people, and his punishment was a few days in jail? If you're rich and well-connected, Trump’s got your back. Everyone else gets to pound sand.
December 1, 2025 at 9:21 PM
Trump and Hegseth are committing war crimes, stealing from taxpayers, and laughing while they do it — because they believe there won’t be consequences. They don’t fear the law. It’s on us to prove they fucking should.

Trump, Hegseth, and the rest of them are so sure they're never going to be held accountable for their crimes, and I believe it's fundamentally important to this country that we prove some things still fucking matter.

I've been dealing with a migraine this morning, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They suck.

GFM. I’ll be on NewsNation again in about 10 minutes talking about the National Guard shooting, Ukraine, the economy, and more.
November 30, 2025 at 12:02 PM
Hey folks, I’ll be on NewsNation in a few minutes talking about the National Guard shooting and Trump crashing out on social media today.
November 28, 2025 at 11:58 PM
Obviously Trump is full of shit, but if we’re throwing out autopen pardons, let’s start with the 1,600 he gave to January 6th rioters—especially the cop beaters and sexual predators.
November 28, 2025 at 10:01 PM
Trump is a senile old man getting worse by the day, and people like Stephen Miller are running the government.
November 28, 2025 at 9:16 PM
Once again, Donald Trump is too weak and too tired to campaign in person for a Republican candidate. Sad!

Grateful 🍗🇺🇸

Good fucking morning to everybody—even the haters. Hope you all have a lovely Thanksgiving. Spend time with the people you love, doing things you enjoy, and eating good food. Log off, and just be human today. Appreciate and love you all.
November 27, 2025 at 4:22 PM
This is weird: Governor Morrisey is now saying the National Guard troops in D.C. who were shot might actually be alive. There are a lot of conflicting reports out there. Everybody just take a deep breath. Let’s wait and find out what happened. Pray that everyone’s alive.
November 26, 2025 at 9:32 PM
MAGA world is already going into overdrive trying to blame Democrats for the horrible shooting of two National Guard members in DC. These people are disgusting. They should take a moment to be human, mourn, and wait to learn what the hell happened.
November 26, 2025 at 9:20 PM
Thank God they were able to rescue those girls abducted last week in Nigeria. Really scary story.
