There is antitrust precedent for breaking these companies up. Movie studios were forced to sell off their distributor businesses because they would only play the movies they made. How is Netflix owning the #1 and #3 streaming sites any different?
Netflix has won the bidding war to purchase Warner Bros. Discovery.
The sale is not yet finalized, as the U.S. Department of Justice could also interfere due to anti-trust concerns.
