As he prepared for his 6th season, I had a question for Anthony Edwards: outside of a title, what does he want from the game?

“I want them to say he was unstoppable.”

What that pursuit means for him and the Timberwolves

For Anthony Edwards, an NBA title is just one step away. Inside his ‘unstoppable’ plan
"I’m going to get fly as hell to where they can’t stop me," said Edwards, as he embraces what's ahead for him in his sixth NBA season.

Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves beat a team with a winning record for the first time and made the plays they needed to down the stretch of a close game. Was it perfect? Hardly. But it did represent needed progress in a long process.

Wolves are showing progress with struggles in close games, against good teams

The whistles have been swallowed. It's gonna be a rough and tumble finish.

12-2 run since Gobert returned.

Rudy got Luka. The Wolves bench started to point but you could see their heart wasn't in it.

Shoot that, TJ

Thought that was pretty good defense by Ant on Brown there. That's a call Ant would NEVER get on the offensive end.

Wolves did a nice little welcome back video for Luka Garza and Josh Minott. Finch called Garza a "culture driver" when he was here.

Wolves will now play at Golden State in 12/12 and host Sacramento on 12/14 to fill out their schedule.

Not super excited about spending a good portion of Thanksgiving traveling home from OKC. That said, my Lyft driver picked me up while blasting Billy Ocean’s “Get Outta My Dreams” and let me tell you, it did boost my spirits a little.

Happy Thanksgiving, y’all

We are about to see an extremely rare event: SGA playing in the 4th quarter.
November 27, 2025 at 2:59 AM
All in all, that was a hell of a quarter from the Wolves. They cranked up the defense, started to hit a few shots. But they have to play nearly perfect to beat this team, and they've turned it over too many times, missed too many FTs and too many open shots.
November 27, 2025 at 2:42 AM
11 missed FTs. They're down 7
November 27, 2025 at 2:30 AM
annnnd we're tied
November 27, 2025 at 2:19 AM
Have to think the Wolves will shoot better than 32 percent in the second half, particularly Ant and Julius, who are 2-13. But so will the Thunder, who are 3-11 from deep.
November 27, 2025 at 2:05 AM
Wolves trail by 10 at halftime. They have missed 8 free throws. Make 6 and it feels a lot different.
November 27, 2025 at 1:53 AM
Randle (1-8) and Ant (1-4) are 2-12 ... and yet the Wolves are only down 3. (They are 8-16 from the FT line)
November 27, 2025 at 1:43 AM
When Rudy Gobert went to the bench, the Wolves led 14-12. OKC was 6-13 FG and getting out-rebounded 8-5.

In the time that Rudy was out:
OKC was 4-4 FG, out-rebounded Minnesota 4-0 and jumped to a 21-16 lead.

For those who want him gone, be careful what you wish for.

Anthony Edwards slipped and looks like his right ankle is in some pain. He usually shakes things off pretty quickly, but he was grimacing there.

Some soul searching is required with these Timberwolves right now

Continuity was supposed to help Timberwolves. So why do they keep collapsing?

Whew. Something went really wrong and Monk, a 43% 3 shooter, had a WIDE open look and just missed it.

Wolves again getting killed on the offensive glass.

Dillingham’s defense might actually be the best thing about his game right now. That’s where he’s most disruptive
