Tom Thibodeau visited Wolves camp for 2nd time this fall. First time was in San Diego.
Finch: "He loves basketball and he’s going on his little circuit going around the country and had him in our meeting today, picking his brain about a bunch of stuff. Really enjoy his company."

He definitely gets significant time this season. He *could* be trade material if they need it. But he's also a productive player for cheap, so I wouldn't expect them to be eager to move him.

Shannon is 4-6 from 3 tonight. He's been shooting the ball great from deep all preseason. Potentially huge development.

Nice game for Leonard Miller on both ends so far. 9p, 8r, just hustled back to block a jumper in semi-transition.

Johnny Juzang just doesn't miss.

Word is it will be a young man's game tonight at Target Center. Wolves vets getting the night off while the coaches get a look at the youngsters and those on the fringe or out of the rotation.

I think the implication is they could shift course with one of those spots (likely Freeman or Newton) if they see someone else they think will be better.

Chris Finch said Jaden McDaniels, who left the game this week with an ankle injury, is doing well and was able to do some work at practice today. Nothing serious to worry about there.

The Giannis Antetokounmpo trade saga, and New York Knicks’ interest, is just on hold
Giannis is a Buck for now, and possibly for a while yet. But the superstar's future is uncertain.

Tim and Negah Connelly are holding their annual ping pong event and charitable fundraiser on Oct 20. It’s a great event with lots of celebrity participants and the chance to rub elbows with (and play pong against) Wolves players and other local stars. Check it out:

Johnny Juzang's 3-ball has been pure in these first two games.

Jaylen Clark doing Jaylen Clark things. Upped the defensive intensity as soon as he hit the floor.

Isaiah Jackson trying to tell Naz that he was, in fact, late getting over to draw a charge. Naz disagreed.

Anthony Edwards had 11 points on 4-9 in the first quarter. He met the Pacers aggressiveness with his own.

Tough quarter for Dillingham. Pacers went right at him on defense.
