Not saying all men behave that way, but enough of them do that the numbers are not in our favor to “trust” a man will actually respect our friendship.

Thing is, women can’t trust that men will actually respect their friendship status bc so many are socially inept and can’t handle friendship with a woman bc they’re either harboring romantic feelings waiting for the time to pounce, or they think they can fuck just bc they’re friends and have access.

We can’t move away from
