The only way I can *maybe* see justifying the use of AI in filmmaking is by using it the way just-intonation composers use sound. That is, using it against itself, making it play "wrong notes."

Yeah, it's weird. It's not like I need strict narrative for recall. But there's something very "present" about his films that seems to make them evaporate afterward. (I used to feel the same way about Bresson, but less so now, due to repetition.)
