Energy firms AREN'T allowed to back-bill over 1 year
Ie. if you're sent a bill for the first time about energy from past years (providing you didn't obstruct em in getting the info) it's usually wrong. You needn't pay it. Make a formal complaint & if needed go to Energy Ombudsman.

Watching Neighbours 2011 & saw the actress who played Rhiannon before she was Mason's girlfriend in 2013/14 - she was interviewing to live with Jade and Kyle and didn't have any lines. Loving watching these 2011 episodes after watching all the 2012+ ones on amazon. #Neighbours

Vinted drama. Sold a brand new item, sealed packaging, never opened. Buyer received said package & claimed it was sent opened with parts missing & requested a refund. I reported to vinted & provided evidence. Buyer failed to provide evidence, so I was rightly awarded my money.
