I’m surprised no one has tried to bring these kind co-op apartments back because the ones I’ve seen are NICE. I know you can’t build them with the same high quality materials they used back then, but I think there’s a market for a modern version of this.

Idk if I told you but when I was head of DEI at my old job they asked me to do the BHM programming, I chose a scavenger hunt. And then white folks were shocked at what they learned about lower manhattan.
