Something oddly hopeful about seeing a movie like FNAF 2 with an audience if chattering teens. It’s definitely not for me, or what I would call “good” but it’s not supposed to be for me, or what I think is good. A fun if baffling time at the movies. The puppets are also inarguably great.

When I first read Monsters, issue 5 of @franktieri.bsky.social ‘s Weapon X, I thought it was edgy (a plus for me as a 11 year old) when I read it as a 16 year old I thought it was crass. When I read it in my 20’s I thought it was heavy handed. And now, I see it for what it always was 1/2 #xspoilers

For better and worse, Age of Revelation is sort of like a musical revue. That maybe explains why we’ve liked it as much as we have given we’re theater trash. I do think there is great fun to be had if you think of it that way. #xspoilers
