Today in Portland, a fed shooting pepper balls from the roof of the ICE facility was so eager to aim for people’s heads, that after shooting one photographer in the head and another in the upper arm, they accidentally shot a DHS agent in the head. This photo shows the moment of impact;

get me through. Maybe it’s because I’m getting older, maybe it’s because my adhd got worse somehow. Or what’s likely is I just under dosed because society tells me scary stories about medication.
In my experience with meds. It’s usually the latter.

short acting until I finally decided on short acting as a preference. But I took too little of it. For the past few months I’ve focused on “being” functional rather than “feeling” functional and what a difference in dose. I went from 15-20mg short acting Dex to 40mg a day with a late dose at 5pm to

One of the things I did wrong after being diagnosed with #ADHD is undermedicating myself. I was so scared of the meds, because *gestures to the landscape for women with a typically male diagnoses*. I would take a morning dose of short acting and that was it. I played around with long acting and

I need podcasts or YouTube videos that do deep dives into who techbros are. Also any mixing of politics and religion in the United States. I’ve listened to a fair number of behind the bastards, including all the way back ones, there’s just not a lot out there with good commentators.
