my dog pose a threat to an animal.
So, even though my walks were met with aggressive birds wanting to bite and attack me because I was 10 metres from a nest I'd never go near, not being attacked daily raised a concern in me. We should protect all wildlife, whether we like those animals or not. End.

The guy was definitely sending someone out but he wanted to tell me that the first call I made was to an Interlocutor who takes the funding but does non of the work. he gives me the numner, and I never remember names or numbers, but I was so outraged on his behalf I memorised that number,
