7/ Second, I think Will is mistaken to describe this as a *Congress* problem rather than a *Republican* problem. The last time the Democrats had majorities (and therefore agenda-setting power) in both chambers was the 117th Congress. And that was a tremendously productive Congress!

It's worth thinking: what would the US do if Russia did blow up a plane in the US. I imagine, we would d3bate who actually did it and then Trump would say Ukraine needs to surrender immediately.

The protective shield over the Chornobyl disaster nuclear reactor in Ukraine, which was hit by a drone in February, can no longer perform its main function of blocking radiation, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has announced.
In February a drone strike blew a hole in the “new safe confinement”, which was painstakingly built at a cost of €1.5bn ($1.75bn) next to the destroyed reactor and then hauled into place on tracks, with the work completed in 2019 by a Europe-led initiative. Maybe cars becoming less distguishable "software defined" EVs is a good thing. I think we cared too much abput them. Soon, they will all be refrigerators.
