Heartbroken to learn a National Guardsman injured in this horrific attack has died. My thoughts are with her family.

I’m praying for the other guardsman who remains in critical condition.

While we gather around the Thanksgiving table today, thousands of American servicemembers are overseas working hard to protect our country.

To every woman and man in uniform and the families supporting them back home, thank you for your service and support.

Thanksgiving means showing up for each other.

Grateful to spend this morning in Mesa with ASA Now serving hot meals to kids in foster care and the families who support them.

Thank you to everyone working to give these kids the love and stability they deserve.

Wishing you and your family a happy Thanksgiving.

I’m grateful for the chance to serve our communities and for everyone working so hard to keep them safe and strong.

All eyes are on the Lumberjacks this morning.

NAU’s marching band is the first from Arizona to march in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

I enjoyed seeing them represent our state’s talent and skill for the country.
Northern Arizona University's Lumberjacks Marching Band is making some State 48 history today by becoming the first college marching band from Arizona to perform in the iconic Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City! https://tinyurl.com/4evc2c43

Inflation is driving up prices for Thanksgiving staples. Since last year:

– Turkey is up 36%
– Ham is up 49%
– Cranberry sauce is up 22%

Trump’s trade war is shrinking portions and making the holidays less affordable.

My family and I continue to pray for the National Guardsmen attacked today.

Violence of any sort against our service members and law enforcement officers has no place in this country.

Thank you to the Center for Effective Lawmaking for this recognition.

Trump's tariffs are raising costs on everything from groceries to housing, not to mention squeezing our small businesses.

Families are already facing a cost-of-living crisis. Democrats have a bill to stop this abuse of tariff powers and bring down prices — we should vote on it.

Congratulations to our local city leaders for stepping into big new roles at the National League of Cities, representing our communities and lifting up its voices nationwide.

Thank you for meeting with me Ambassador Moctezuma. Our conversation underscored how important it is to protect the AZ–Mexico trade relationship under the USMCA.

Thanksgiving will be a little easier for hundreds of families thanks to Native Health Phoenix.

Grateful to join CEO Walter Murillo and the team in Mesa to learn about their work and to load turkeys and Thanksgiving essentials into cars for families in need. This is community at its best.

Thrilled to celebrate the expansion of Mekong Plaza in Mesa, the cultural hub of the Asian community in Arizona.

I'm glad my team could join the Mayor, city councilors, and the Mesa Chamber for yesterday's ribbon cutting.

Dignity in transit isn’t optional.

I led the fight in Congress to write protections for travelers with disabilities into the law — now they must be enforced.

I've urged Secretary Duffy to ensure all wheelchair users are guaranteed fair access & the safe handling of mobility devices by airlines.

In reality, Trump has no "plan” to fix health care.

Time is running out to lower coverage costs for 2026 — families have already received price increase notices in the mail.

Democrats have a bill to extend ACA tax credits for 3 years. The way to make coverage more affordable is to pass it now.

The White House tried to force through a Keystone Cop operation with an incompetent prosecution led by an illegally-appointed prosecutor.

It’s no surprise the whole thing collapsed exactly as you'd expect when you don’t follow the law.

Senator Kelly is a combat veteran and a patriot. His message to the troops was not one of disobedience but of conscience — service members swear an oath to the U.S. Constitution, not to any one man.

Good news: This week, The Trump Administration backed off plans to kick thousands of seniors off their disability benefits.

I will always fight to protect Arizonans' hard-earned Social Security.

Last week I met with María Corina Machado, Nobel Peace Prize winner and Venezuelan opposition leader now forced into hiding by the Maduro regime.

We discussed the courage of Venezuela's resistance movement and how we can help them achieve the democratic society they voted for.

At stake: $32 million and nearly 1,400 housing units to support our most vulnerable.

These are Arizonans who have worked hard to achieve stability. They deserve better.
As a former mayor, I know firsthand what works to combat homelessness: getting folks into stable housing while providing access to addiction treatment and mental health services.

Trump is cutting off federal funding for proven solutions, and vulnerable Arizonans are going to pay the price.

Glad to spend yesterday in Barrios Unidos Park for Guajolotón. Between giving away 1,500 free turkeys, firefighter vaccine clinics, and live entertainment, events like this bring the community together.

Great to speak with mayors from across the country this week — including Chandler’s very own Mayor Hartke — about how global partnerships can create good jobs at home.

Look no further than AZ's booming semiconductor industry: when we invests in diplomacy, communities like ours win.

Arizona is a measles hotspot right now, and it’s totally preventable. Grateful to Chief Duran and the Phoenix Fire Dept. for stepping up with free vaccine clinics this month and next to keep families safe.
