this is why I spent so much time on the sin of empathy, the backlash against social-emotional learning, and its links to "DEI" as conservative boogeyman. they want to teach boys to control and girls to be controlled and social-emotional learning involves self-regulation and empowerment.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.
