Yes AND it would still be illegal and murder even if it was true. You can’t just bomb someone because they are transporting drugs.
The most dishonest White House in U.S. history (by far) wants us to trust them when they say every person in every boat they blew up was a drug runner. There is no logical reason to believe they're telling the truth. The whole operation isn't even about drugs. It's about stealing Venezuela's oil.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.
