The problem is that whenever I go to Ithaca it’s always when the campus is packed for reunion or Homecoming and Statler prices are $$$$$$. Someone needs to invite me for a talk… Then that tuna and Thai beef are all mine!

If there’s one motto I have for how I deal with my lab people, it’s definitely “I protect the family.” (I hate when people say the lab is a family, but for poetic reasons I’ll let it stand!)

There aren’t enough Americans for all the research spots. The US has also cut back on training programs, so the situation is not going to improve on that front.

Sorry, but cancer patients can’t wait. Also the government is also killing education. So now we have nothing. (Not to mention the 90’sYanks were a perfect mix of homegrown and imports - Cone, Boggs, Tino, Giambi, ARod, Gooden, Wells…)
