Have considered this : the least worst outcome of Carney's fossil mania is a threat to Vancouver.

A pipeline that private companies aren't asking for, that BC & indigenous nations along the route oppose, that requires breaching the tanker ban to sell oil to countries that aren't interested in buying it, negotiated with the scandal-plagued premier who paused trampling rights for this.
