Didn’t eat yesterday, other than that slice of pizza, after going to town on Thursday. But today is Saturday so… did I just pop an edible and throw together a tray of steak nachos to have with Stranger Things for the first of my planned left over meals? Yes. Yes I did.

Tweeting with @merrillbarr.com about Magnum last night reminded me of my favorite piece of MAGNUM, PI trivia. After the show’d been cancelled, QUANTUM LEAP had plans for Sam to leap into Thomas Magnum. It never happened, but here’s test footage of Scott Bakula doing Selleck’s “eyebrow wiggle.”

WWE/ESPN still haven’t fixed the onboarding problem yet for cable customers not with 4 specific digital providers, so no War Games for me this weekend it seems. It’s SHOCKING they made this transition without having everything in place after promising cable customers would get PLEs on the app.

The new pizza place that took over my old favorite place finally opened up.
Solid slice. A little thin for my taste, but the flavor is aces. Very Long Island pizza joint in vibe, to the point they have grandmas on the menu.
Owner is from Queens and spent time in Massapequa. Makes sense.
