in punishment for a minor infraction committed in a past life, each late autumn i am doomed to "the radiator clangs to life at 6AM, and then at 7AM my neighbor across the street begins leaf-blowing his tiny yard, which he does EVERY DAY." i love to be startled awake repatedly
