The Spectator (owned by GBNews owner Paul Marshall - estimated wealth of £800 million) doesn’t like taxing wealth fairly.

I wonder how they got to this editorial decision?

Let’s tax wealth fairly, fund front line services & make hope normal again.

Polanski is talking nonsense about wealth taxes.

Gavin Williamson: "Political steers and policy steers to keep schools open" But did it matter to politicians if schools were safe? No.
longcovidkids.bsky.social
Q - You are the Secretary of State for Education - are you suggesting you have to wait for No 10 to give you a steer?
A - We were probably over focused on the mission to keep schools open because that was both the political steer that we had and the policy steers we were getting

The guidance on masks for protection against Covid changed over the Summer to reflect airborne risk. Ffp3 respirators recommended for staff protection. www.bohs.org/app/uploads/...

Why does the #CovidInquiry need air filtration (Clean Air) while hospitals, workplaces & schools don't?

To think that this paper underpinned the policy of downgrading healthcare worker protection from the highly efficient FFP3 respirators to useless FRSMs!

If you're looking for a "root cause" for the mass casualties amongst healthcare workers, this is a good place to start.

It’s mind bending that we aren’t doing more to prevent C19.

Just awful.

And yet in the UK soooo many people are not eligible for a Covid jab. If they want one they need to stump up £90-£99 (as I will next week)

The Daily Mirror published this in 2023. Well past the government so called end of the Pandemic in the inquiry. Yet we have constant ongoing preventable deaths and this is being swept under the carpet. My friend died from a hospital acquired infection, they weren’t old. They only went into hospital

A UK presenter shouldn’t crow about an audience’s ignorance of Nathan Gill who took bribes from Kremlin agents & was a close ally of Farage . It shows they have failed to do their job . What next , telling us that Watergate was one of the lowest points in investigative journalism 🥺 ?
joybe.bsky.social
The Nathan Gill scandal should be huge news so why has the British media been mainly silent about it? (I think we know 🤔)
Here's Fiona Bruce shutting down any mention & acting like the audience aren't interested.
