One silver lining in the game result was getting to see some JD minutes. I enjoyed watching him and Walsh face off, knowing the two of them spent the past couple years as teammates up in Maine.

I've been watching on NBA League Pass since I cut the cable cord a year ago. It's not perfect, but it's okay. Hardest part is avoiding any news of the game until I can watch it the next day.

I'm really impressed by how Jaylen Brown is quietly putting up 30 points a night. He gets the ball and scores it like it's no big deal. Smooth.

Some thoughts on the broadcast of last night's #Celtics game. - Not impressed by the announcers. Spent the whole game on the Sixers bandwagon, barely mentioned the Celtics.
- Really weak on any kind of analysis of what was happening on the floor.
- Do they not have the ability to show replays?

In the couple years I've noticed him, Mitchell has seemed like a pretty nice guy. The fact that he doesn't like the Yankees confirms that impression.

Yep, been watching him on the Celtics the past couple years. He didn't get that much notice, playing on such a stacked team, but he was a big part of how great they were.

One thing I noticed is how young these Celtics are. The oldest on the team are Boucher (32), White (31), and Brown (29). At the other end Gonzalez is 19, Walsh is 21, Minott is 22. It feels like there's a lot of potential once they get a bit more experience together.

Easy - the Showtime Lakers. Part of the joy of watching the #Celtics in the 80s was because their rival team was also spectacular.
2nd place - the 76ers in the 1970s. Same reason.

For me, my favorite non-Timberwolves team to watch were the Adelman Kings. No team has ever had a prettier half court offense

I liked this game for how Joe stuck to his plan. It was clear that he wanted everyone to get some time, so he didn't put his starters back in when it got tough. In the last couple minutes of a tight game, the guys on the floor were like numbers 17 to 21 on the roster. Good experience for them.

It seems like my strategy of ignoring the Red Sox until the next time they don't suck might be starting to bear fruit? Somehow they've snuck in to the 3rd best record in the American League? Not gonna get my hopes up or anything foolish like that, but possibly a bit interesting.

Was it some shred of decency that led them to lower the price? Or perhaps the fact that there are now multiple different drugs of the same type (GLP-1 inhibitors) on the market, and the competition is cutting into their sales.
